From 2005 to 2009 Today’s Credit Solutions, LLC (TCS) was accredited with the Better Business Bureau of Arizona. During that time period TCS received 2 complaints, both resolved. During this time period TCS was graded an “A”.

In April of 2009 The BBB informed Today’s Credit Solutions, LLC that a national corporate rule had been implemented grouping all Credit Service companies together, regardless of company record, history, and services provided. The BBB also informed TCS that with the new rule in place all Credit Service companies would be removed from the BBB accredited program. Furthermore, the BBB also states an “F” rating will be automatically given to Credit Service companies, regardless of history, record, and compliance.

Today’s Credit Solutions respectfully objects this public form of discrimination. Today’s Credit Solutions has a total of 4 complaints with the BBB in its entire corporate history. All 4 complaints have been resolved.

In June 2009 TCS implemented a process in which clients are able to submit positive testimonials to the BBB ensuring a consistent effort is made to show the BBB their grading system is unethical, untimely, and discriminatory. TCS continues to submit positive feedback to the BBB on a monthly basis.
